- Most of my friends and clients have always asked the same questions about bulking. They ask “how can I get bigger?” “What should I eat?” How many times a day should I be eating?”
First thing I usually ask “Well what are you eating?” Everyone says the same thing. “Everything”... which is great! But the biggest mistake most people have made (Including myself) is the “Dirty Bulk” it’s great to eat whatever you want I support it! I love food too lol but do it smart with the right FOOD. Nutrition is key. 80% of it is nutrition. 10% cardio 10% lifting Don’t want to put Junk food in your body, eat junk look like junk. The choice is yours.Another popular question most of my clients have asked l what proteins should I use when bulking?” My go to was Whey protein it has always done my body great when I was bulking. Mass gainers is great as well. I highly suggest (This is what I do) 2 shakes a day 1 in the morning or lunch and one for dinner or even after a workout. Lastly wanted to let you know you can take all the protein in the world! And still not get the body you truly desire. Nutrition is key! What you eat is what you see. Bulk Shake Recipe
1 cup of ice
2 Spoonfuls of peanut butter
1 Egg
1 Banana
Whey Protein (I personally Use chocolate)
Half cup of Blueberries
3 scoops of chocolate ice cream
Half cup of coconut water (Great source of Potassium!)
